Here's what happens next

  • 1. View your property

    I will come along to view your property at the agreed time to provide you with a free market appraisal. Hopefully, you’ve had a chance to complete the Property Profile form so that we can make our session as productive as possible.
  • 2. Preparation of your appraisal

    I will prepare a full appraisal document specific to your property. This will include a Comparable Market Analysis and Marketing Campaign. This document will also provide some more detailed background information about Bayleys Turangi and how we are positioned to market your property. Within this appraisal, you will also find our estimated current market value of your property.

  • 3. Receiving your appraisal

    I will either email or personally drop off your full property proposal document and take the time to go through this with you in detail. If you have any further questions, I can answer them at this time or if a query comes up after our meeting, please feel free to contact me by phone or email.
  • 4. Follow up

    I will follow up with you a few days after we have submitted our appraisal to answer any questions you may have or discuss any further reflections with regard to the selling of your property. I understand that you may need to take further time to consider, just let me know when you would like me to touch base with you again.
  • 5. Listing your property

    Hopefully, we get to the stage of listing your property! This is a very exciting step and I will ensure that you are well informed of the process and kept fully in the loop along the way so that each subsequent step is as stress-free as possible for you.
