  • A signboard will be put out the front of your house as part of the marketing process, please talk to your agent if you do not wish to have one.

3. Sales Team Visit

  • Every Tuesday morning, our sales team will visit and assess each new property we are marketing together as a team.

  • Any member of our team could potentially be bringing buyers through your property, they are looking at key selling features and how to access your property.

  • Caravan is often the starting point for good enquiry on your property.

  • Each team member will provide a value assessment of your home, which will provide good intel on where your property is likely to sit in the market.

  • The visit to your home shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes.
